CANCELLATION POLICY AND SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS
Individual subscribers may unsubscribe from GlobalPost at any time by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every newsletter or by sending an email to [email protected].
GlobalPost will provide a full refund within one month from the commencement of your subscription inclusive of the two-week free trial period, should you be dissatisfied for any reason. GlobalPost does not provide a pro-rated refund for subscriptions beyond this one-month grace period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account or, in the event you are having difficulties accessing your account, by emailing [email protected].
Please note that the act of unsubscribing from GlobalPost by clicking on the unsubscribe link does not also cancel your subscription. You must do that by visiting your account profile or by writing to us for assistance.
SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS
Annual subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of one year unless the subscriber cancels at any time before then. We will send a detailed notice of renewal approximately three weeks in advance.
NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS
Non-profit organizations (schools, religious organizations, 501(c) (3) organizations) may make up to 75 copies of GlobalPost’s newsletter or articles for one-time distribution, free of charge, at public events, meetings and presentations.
